Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with the sales team as a technical expert, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will bridge complex customer requirements with an AI-powered compliance platform, leading product demonstrations and managing client implementations remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical narrative during the pre-sales process, including discovery, scoping, and solution design
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements aligned with client workflows
- Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring smooth transitions and quick time-to-value for new clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation role within FinTech or B2B SaaS
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React
- Working knowledge of AI technologies and experience with KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud/identity verification workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementations with multiple stakeholders
