Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the adoption of AI solutions, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and lead technical demonstrations, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase AI-powered customer support capabilities
- Collaborate with sales to design and scope tailored solutions that address customer pain points and deliver measurable ROI
- Engage directly with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with NodeJS/NextJS/TypeScript stack and experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and basic security concepts
- Previous experience in sales engineering or pre-sales with a track record of supporting successful sales outcomes
- Ability to read, understand, and explain code, including AI-generated code
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels
