Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, the remote contract Senior Solutions Engineer will leverage deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, integrations, and workflows, while managing annual upgrades and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, test, and execute annual upgrades for the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support and maintain software functionality while documenting processes and identifying new technologies for implementation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development framework
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and experience with REST and SOAP integrations
