Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a key driver in the growth of the DX product, the remote Senior Solutions Engineer will manage technical evaluations, lead discovery sessions, and design tailored solutions to address complex business problems for enterprise prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical evaluations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in partnership with Account Executives
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and engineering workflows
- Design and propose tailored technical solutions for integrating APIs with client workflows
Required qualifications
- Experience with programming, preferably Ruby/Rails, and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
- Knowledge of SQL and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience leading client discussions and product demonstrations
- Strong organizational skills for managing technical follow-ups across multiple opportunities
