Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering closely with Enterprise Client Executives, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor, manage customer engagements, and drive modernization of data infrastructure for enterprise clients in the Dallas, Texas metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Develop territory strategy and qualify opportunities alongside Enterprise Client Executives
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to identify business initiatives and technical challenges
- Design and position solutions that align technical recommendations with customer business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related fields within an enterprise technology environment
- Proven success supporting enterprise customers through complex technology sales cycles
- Strong foundation in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure technologies
- Broad technical knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, including storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud
- Experience designing technical solutions that align with customer business objectives
