Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with account teams and customers, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will design, demonstrate, and validate integrated solutions focused on Zero Trust, enterprise WAN, and emerging AI technologies in a distributed environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, leading discovery and designing Cloudflare One architectures that address customer security, connectivity, and business requirements
- Guide qualified opportunities through solution design, demonstrations, technical evaluations, proofs of value, and technical close
- Advise customers on Zero Trust strategies and design WAN transformation solutions that connect users, offices, data centers, and cloud environments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Systems Engineering, or technical sales
- Meaningful customer-facing experience designing or implementing Zero Trust solutions
- Practical understanding of Zero Trust and SASE architectures, including security considerations across various domains
- Experience with enterprise networking and WAN concepts such as routing, VPNs, and cloud networking
- Active professional use of AI tools and a commitment to learning about AI's impact on enterprise customers
