Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with the sales team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will identify merchant pain points, provide technical expertise, and guide clients through the integration process in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with merchants to address pain points and demonstrate the value of Primer's solutions
- Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and product demos while managing complex merchant integrations
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify feature enhancements based on market insights
Required qualifications
- Experience in a merchant-facing role with complex API products, preferably in payments
- Proficiency in implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead integrations across multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
