Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Client-obsessed and technically skilled, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will guide clients through successful implementations of the Cordial platform, manage integrations, and provide innovative solutions for complex use cases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients as a subject matter expert, helping them understand and apply new product features to their business goals
- Assist clients in implementing Cordial's RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet, ensuring maximum value from the platform
- Identify issues and propose solutions, creating repeatable processes and documentation for long-term success
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or a closely related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services with a track record of successful client project management
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with JSON data structures, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and PHP or other programming languages
- Ability to handle complex technical issues and business challenges professionally
- Experience in enterprise marketing automation or digital marketing industries is a plus
