Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with the sales team as a technical expert, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, delivering tailored product demonstrations and leading client implementations remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical narrative during discovery, scoping, and solution design, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements that address compliance and onboarding workflows
- Coordinate onboarding processes and develop training programs to enhance platform adoption and client success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Technical Implementation within FinTech or B2B SaaS
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React
- Working knowledge of AI technologies and experience with KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud verification workflows
- Proven ability to lead complex implementations with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines
