Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Based in the Seattle, Washington metro area, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical lead for enterprise accounts, collaborating with Client Executives to drive business outcomes and architect solutions across complex environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise accounts, leading deep discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and technical gaps
- Collaborate with Client Executives to develop strategies, build pipelines, and close business, ensuring a unified team approach
- Architect and configure solutions from the NetApp portfolio tailored to customer environments, managing multiple deals simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment
- Strong background in infrastructure technologies, particularly in storage solutions and on-prem environments
- Experience designing and configuring solutions that translate customer requirements into deployable outcomes
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and data protection strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals across different stages and priorities
