Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH)

Job Summary

Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH) is a full-time, customer-facing technical role focused on supporting the deployment of Firefox Enterprise in secure environments across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities across DACH
• Lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners
• Design and support pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience (7+ years) in a senior Solutions Engineer or related role
• Deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, particularly in public sector or financial services
• Strong background in enterprise security and endpoint management
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise deployment and related technologies
• Native-level fluency in German
