Senior Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solutions Engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineering Manager will coach and develop talent while partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and enhance customer solutions for Mid-Market accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers supporting Mid-Market accounts
• Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and shape customer solutions
• Build repeatable processes, tools, and best practices to support a high-volume business

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical sales role
• Strong track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to scale processes and drive operational rigor in a fast-growing business
• Excellent executive presence and customer engagement skills
• Deep knowledge of SaaS and Cloud value creation
