Senior Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To develop and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers in the Eastern US region, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineering Manager will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and mentor solutions engineers while providing technical expertise through various customer engagement activities
• Partner with Sales Leaders to create and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for the Eastern US region
• Act as a key member of the Eastern US leadership team, overseeing all pre-sales activities and fostering a collaborative solutions engineering environment

Required qualifications:

• Strong technical background in automation, security, and integration technologies
• Prior hands-on experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
• Experience in developing and nurturing high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
