Senior Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Engineers, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineering Manager will oversee technical scoping, product collaboration, and systems design while managing the full lifecycle of API client enablement across various products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Engineers, managing capacity planning and professional growth
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex integration scoping and provide hands-on support during high-volume periods
• Design and maintain automation systems to enhance team efficiency and reduce manual involvement in client integrations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar client-facing technical role with API/integration experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a technical team in a player-coach capacity
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and event-driven data architectures
• Proven ability to navigate the intersection of sales and engineering, scoping deals and debugging integrations
• Experience building processes and documentation in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
