Senior Solutions Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Solutions Engineers, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth by mentoring team members, managing technical escalations, and engaging in solution design while ensuring alignment with sales priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers to maximize engagement and retention while driving new revenue
- Provide technical consultation and coaching to accelerate the sales cycle and navigate complex solutioning scenarios
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities of the SE team, ensuring completion of tasks that meet or exceed SLA targets
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of twelve years' experience in a technical or sales role within the telecommunications industry, with at least seven years in a leadership position
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
- Expert-level technical and design skills with MAN and WAN technologies
- Excellent presentation skills with experience engaging with senior stakeholders
