Senior Solutions Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global and/or Fortune 500 client accounts through onboarding and ongoing support
- Provide consultation on business processes and best practices for event program implementation
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives, while mentoring Solution Specialists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success role
- Experience in Fortune 500, travel, hospitality, or high-tech industries is a plus
- Prior experience with event management software is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce.com and WebEx is a plus
