Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Data Cloud Identity Graph and support audience curation
• Act as a primary point of contact for Data Cloud-related inquiries and provide strategic recommendations
• Train client account teams on Data Cloud Intelligence Solutions and capture client feedback for product development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions, strategy, or account management role
• Deep understanding of the advertising agency landscape and data-driven marketing strategies
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with real-time impact on business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Creative problem-solver with exceptional presentation skills
