Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Manager in the Federal Health sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and federal programs to position the platform in proposals and capture activities
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring effective onboarding and integration
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and product engineering to address federal-specific requirements

Required Qualifications

• MSc in Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
• 3-5+ years in a technical solutions or customer success role, preferably in federal health or life sciences
• Strong understanding of real-world data and data harmonization standards
• Experience with scripting or analytical tools such as Python, SQL, or RStudio
• Familiarity with federated architectures and privacy-preserving linkage technologies
