Senior Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence across Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution lines, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives, standardize practices, and enhance member and client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to improve solution initiatives
• Identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement scalable process improvements
• Program and project manage teams to effectively execute and monitor initiatives for operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare, public health, or business-related field preferred
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in the pharmacy industry or healthcare solution delivery
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on prioritization and documentation
