Job Summary
Working fully remote, the full-time Senior Solutions Representative will orchestrate the account team to ensure seamless execution of sales cycles, drive revenue growth, and foster client engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the central coordinator for the account team, ensuring alignment and a smooth sales process from discovery to delivery
- Take ownership of account-specific goals and engage directly with clients to meet their objectives
- Oversee all transactions, maintaining data integrity and delivering a high-touch client experience throughout the process
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales support, or a high-touch customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology preferred
- Foundational knowledge of the technology landscape, including Cloud, Networking, Security, and AI
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities with attention to detail
