Job Summary
To drive net-new revenue for strategic Fortune 100 customers, the remote Senior Solutions Sales Executive will develop and execute consultative sales plans, lead end-to-end solution selling, and champion cross-functional collaboration within Atlassian's Teamwork Collection.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute consultative sales plans for named strategic accounts
- Lead end-to-end solution selling from discovery to closing, positioning the Teamwork Collection against competitors
- Communicate pipeline and account status, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with enterprise or strategic accounts
- Experience selling to large enterprises, preferably in collaboration or productivity sectors
- Proven track record of selling to VP- and C-level executives
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in work management and collaboration
