Job Summary

Leading the development of tailored proposals, the remote Senior Solutions Strategy Specialist will create compelling content, collaborate with internal experts, and drive strategic proposal narratives to support new partnerships and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of proposal content, including executive summaries and strategic solution narratives
• Analyze client needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposal strategies
• Edit, proofread, and finalize proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 4 or more years of experience in proposal writing or development, focusing on complex, cross-divisional solutions
• Proven experience in proposal development within professional services, consulting, or higher education settings
• Strong ability to synthesize inputs from multiple divisions and communicate them clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with proposal management tools is preferred
