Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Solutions Support Engineer working remotely, the successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop scalable solutions while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and troubleshoot customer technical issues, ensuring a high-quality support experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on core technologies within the product line and mentor team members
  • Design and implement automation solutions to enhance the support offering and manage incident requests
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related customer-facing roles
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS/GKS/EKS)
  • Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, Shell, or JavaScript
  • Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating system environments
