Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcer (Contractor) to support their recruiting efforts for marketing and financial planning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong pipeline
• Manage sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across multiple teams
• Experience with recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with diverse and underrepresented populations is preferred
