Senior Sourcer
Job Summary
To support the scaling of R&D and G&A organizations, the contract-to-hire Senior Sourcer will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, engage hard-to-find talent across various technical disciplines, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies for R&D and G&A roles
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and creative sourcing channels
- Research and engage passive candidates while tracking and analyzing sourcing performance and pipeline health
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of technical sourcing experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in software and hardware/AI roles
- Strong understanding of hardware and AI-adjacent technical roles and terminology
- Proven success in building high-quality pipelines and engaging passive candidates
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Experience collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies
