Job Summary
To support a growing financial services team, the full-time Senior Sourcer will own outbound candidate strategy, build pipelines of passive candidates, and partner directly with hiring managers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own outbound sourcing for roles with thin pipelines, utilizing various sourcing techniques
- Run personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates and conduct meaningful conversations

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sourcing experience from agency, retained search firm, or in-house teams focused on outbound strategies
- Proficiency in Boolean/X-ray search and other passive sourcing techniques
- Proven track record of engaging and converting passive candidates
- Resourcefulness and adaptability in sourcing strategies
- Strong written communication skills for effective outreach
