Job Summary

Senior Sourcer for Manufacturing, responsible for driving candidate sourcing for exempt and non-exempt roles in the manufacturing industry on a remote W2 contract basis, supporting multiple recruiters with a requisition load of 50-75+ roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement sourcing strategies for niche manufacturing roles
• Work with recruiters to develop strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Screen and submit qualified candidates to the recruiting team and maintain ATS records

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing sourcing strategies for niche manufacturing roles
• Proven ability to manage a requisition load of 50-75+ across multiple locations
• Broad knowledge of Internet and social media strategies for candidate sourcing
• Experience with recruiting-related technologies and tools
• Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
