Senior Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Sourcing Analyst will manage complex services engagements across various categories, drive negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize third-party spend in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements, from intake through RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, and key business terms, partnering with Legal and stakeholders to mitigate risks
• Analyze spend patterns and market dynamics to drive category-level insights and improved commercial outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, particularly in services categories like BPO and marketing
• Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and negotiations, delivering measurable savings
• Experience with quantitative analysis on vendor proposals and spend data to inform sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with S2P systems and contracts, with a focus on collaboration with Legal
• Track record of effective operation in an async-first environment, with clear communication and decision-making skills
