Senior Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Sourcing Analyst will manage complex services engagements across various categories, drive negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements, from intake through RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, and key business terms while partnering with various stakeholders to mitigate risks
• Analyze spend patterns and market dynamics to drive category-level insights and improve commercial outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, particularly in services categories such as BPO and marketing
• Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and negotiations independently
• Experience with quantitative analysis on vendor proposals and spend data to inform sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with S2P systems and contract management processes
• Track record of effective operation in an async-first environment, driving timely decisions across teams
