Senior Sourcing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Sourcing and Procurement Associate - Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and sourcing initiatives, including developing project objectives and sourcing strategies
• Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and procurement policies
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes, analyzing service offerings and contract renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 to 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, particularly in professional services and IT
• Extensive experience managing the end-to-end sourcing process
• Robust negotiation skills with suppliers
• Experience with SAP Ariba and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is desirable
