Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive procurement initiatives and develop multi-year category strategies for various spend categories
• Manage full-cycle sourcing processes and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers
• Oversee supplier partnerships and ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field required, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor performance
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams
