Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing process for client programs and provide strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client programs and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Manage the RFP process and ensure documentation aligns with client standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project, event, or meeting management, with a focus on procurement or sourcing
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of domestic destinations; international knowledge is a plus
• Experience with program management systems and online sourcing tools preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships
• College degree preferred; CMP designation is a plus
