Job Summary

Senior Sourcing Manager is a full-time position responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate cost service guarantees and develop sustainable supplier relationships
• Implement supplier agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize contract terms
• Monitor supplier performance and support vendor governance programs to ensure compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 6 years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement
• Minimum of 4 years in category and contract management for outsourcing services
• Experience in cross-functional roles involving IT, finance, and operations
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology related to third-party agreements and contracts
