Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and sourcing for major equipment in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Sourcing Manager will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance and risk management for utility-scale solar projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year procurement and category strategies for key equipment, building strategic supplier relationships
• Negotiate Master Supply Agreements and manage the equipment budget and savings targets while ensuring trade compliance
• Mentor and develop the supply chain team, enhancing commercial capabilities and operational alignment across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with demonstrated people-leadership
• Experience in the renewables, power, construction, or infrastructure industries, preferably with utility-scale solar
• Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial transactions and managing supplier performance
• Strong financial acumen related to pricing trends, commodity fluctuations, and budget management
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
