Senior Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
To optimize managed services operations and sourcing strategies, the full-time remote Senior Sourcing Manager will execute strategic sourcing initiatives, enhance collaboration with project management teams, and utilize data analytics to drive results.
Key responsibilities
- Execute PDS & IFM strategic sourcing to drive total cost of ownership across client projects
- Enhance sourcing organization through collaboration and innovative process simplification
- Manage RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
- Proven experience in the construction management industry
- Project management and business transitions experience preferred
- Knowledge of supply base and sourcing practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
