Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain a network of suppliers through RFP/RFQ processes
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and floor stock arrangements with vendors
• Implement common processes and tools, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing practices

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of ingredient sourcing experience in the dietary and nutritional supplement and functional food industries
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Nav and/or NetSuite
• APICS or CPM certification preferred
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and supply/demand planning concepts
