Senior Sourcing Manager, Footwear
Job Summary
To optimize supply chain efficiency, the full-time remote Senior Sourcing Manager, Footwear will manage supplier relationships, conduct cost analyses, and drive operational excellence while focusing on sourcing footwear and leather goods from the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a category supply chain strategy for footwear and accessories
- Identify, vet, and onboard supplier partners to align with Quince's rapid replenishment model
- Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with suppliers to analyze performance and areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers
- Established factory partnerships within footwear and accessories across the Americas and/or Asia
- Strong general management mindset with experience in lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization
- Proactive and assertive, with the ability to self-manage in a remote setting
- Fluent in Spanish
