Senior Sourcing Manager, IT

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of indirect spend, the full-time Senior Sourcing Manager, IT will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, manage complex RFP processes, and negotiate high-value contracts focused on technology and software categories, with remote flexibility available.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives, leading multi-step RFP processes for contracts exceeding $250K
• Develop sourcing strategies for IT and software categories, negotiating pricing and contract terms to optimize cost and risk
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of indirect procurement and strategic sourcing experience, with a focus on supplier portfolio management
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end RFP processes for contracts valued at $250K or more
• 1-2+ years of experience sourcing IT and/or software categories, including SaaS and licensing models
• Strong contract negotiation skills with a track record of driving measurable value
• Experience with structured sourcing methodologies and advanced project management skills
