Job Summary

To oversee the full lifecycle of IT contracts, the full-time Senior Sourcing Officer will manage drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance while working remotely from most US locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and closeout
• Maintain contract repository records and ensure audit readiness
• Support negotiation of pricing, service descriptions, and ensure contracts address information security and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in contract management and negotiation
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to contracts
• Familiarity with vendor risk management processes
