Key Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines of passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and platforms
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine hiring strategies and track sourcing metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated sourcing experience in a high-growth or technical environment
• Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools, ensuring strong data hygiene practices
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies is a plus
