Senior Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing and purchasing efforts for reactor modules and hardware assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for complex assemblies and components
• Develop RFP packages, conduct bid analysis, and drive supplier selection
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and manage purchase orders in line with program milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
• 5+ years of sourcing or supply chain experience in a hardware manufacturing environment
• Experience leading sourcing for complex, engineered components
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and analytical capability
• U.S. citizenship required
