Senior Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist (Temp) within the Supply Chain department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and acquire materials, scientific equipment, and services to meet operational needs
• Evaluate supplier quotes and maintain relationships to resolve discrepancies and improve performance
• Develop category strategies and utilize data analytics to drive sourcing decisions and supplier insights

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7 years of related experience for non-degreed candidates
• 5+ years of previous related experience
• Experience in Indirect Sourcing Categories preferred
• Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Purchasing or supply chain certification preferred
