Senior Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sourcing Specialist, this full-time remote position will focus on building and maintaining pipelines of critical Physician and Provider talent while collaborating with recruiters and hiring leaders to execute targeted sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain pipelines of passive Physician and Provider prospects
• Utilize digital sourcing methods and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates
• Conduct prospect screening and provide strategic guidance on recruitment participation in career fairs and events

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare talent acquisition sourcing, preferably for Physicians or advanced practice providers
• Strong expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Demonstrated experience leveraging social media and candidate databases for sourcing
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
