Senior SOX Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Senior SOX Compliance Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for leading the company's business process Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program, shaping compliance strategy, and managing the Business SOX Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SOX impact assessments for new products and major organizational changes
• Design control environments for acquisitions and oversee post-close integration
• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance practices accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with CPA certification
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting and senior SOX experience
• Experience in SOX business process control design and assessment
• Deep knowledge of SOX, COSO, PCAOB standards, and SEC reporting requirements
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage teams within a SOX or compliance function
