Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Space Data Manager to oversee data integrity and management within the Occupancy Planning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage space data quality and accuracy, serving as the primary contact for database and application maintenance
• Lead data management processes, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and governing data feeds into technology platforms
• Oversee chargeback support and financial data accuracy for client billing processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with CAFM/IWMS systems and AutoCAD for drawing management
• Strong data analytics background with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with planning solutions software
• Experience in solving complex problems through root cause analysis and proactive solution development
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
