Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end planning and execution of speaker programs, the full-time Senior Speaker Bureau Coordinator will ensure seamless and compliant operations while coordinating logistics, financial management, and stakeholder engagement within the medical and pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Representatives, Healthcare Professional speakers, and venues, managing all logistics for events
  • Oversee program budgets, invoice reviews, and ensure timely processing of honoraria and vendor payments
  • Maintain accurate records and track program lifecycle in internal systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of speaker bureau event planning experience required
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical meeting management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on compliance and detail
