Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist to provide support to local channel partners and their advertising partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with marketing needs and resolve escalations independently through various communication channels
• Review marketing materials for compliance with guidelines and coach partners on content creation
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide ongoing feedback while performing quality control checks on work

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of agency or related experience
• Some remote-work experience preferred with the ability to work independently
• Proven technical competence with Microsoft Office and social publishing platforms
• Understanding of industry trends and a passion for technological innovation and client service
