Senior Specialist, Chapter Resources

Job Summary

Managing and evaluating the effectiveness of national in-kind resource accounts, the full-time Senior Specialist, Chapter Resources will enhance operational efficiency and wish growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating in-kind partnerships remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates in-kind programs to support wish granting
• Develops and delivers training materials on national in-kind program processes for chapters
• Analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of in-kind resources and their impact on wish expenses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Database application and reporting experience preferred
• Familiarity with federated not-for-profit organizations is helpful
