Senior Specialist, Community Interventions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Member & Community Interventions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement clinical quality member intervention initiatives across various lines of business
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of member intervention activities, presenting results to management
• Evaluate project activities to identify improvement opportunities and support quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3 years' experience in healthcare, including 2 years in health plan member interventions or managed care
• Operational knowledge of Excel and Visio
• Demonstrated solid business writing experience
• Flexibility and a positive outlook in response to changes
