Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, focusing on mature product lines and revenue streams
  • Assist in maintaining accurate forecasts and manage communication across global customer sites
  • Manage consignment inventory processes and support semi-annual business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is beneficial
