Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, focusing on mature product lines and revenue streams
- Assist in maintaining accurate forecasts and manage communication across global customer sites
- Manage consignment inventory processes and support semi-annual business reviews
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is beneficial
